Captain’s Log, Stardate 47634.44, Captain Sam Hansen Reporting

We have rendezvoused with the USS Renfield and transported Ambassador Jin aboard. We will be transporting her and her team to Draeda V for the opening of the joint Federation, Klingon, and Romulan colony. Some are saying it will be Nimbus all over again. Hopefully they are wrong.

I seem to be moving up in the universe. Someone attempted to assassinate me. Why, I don’t know. We found a bomb with a genetic trigger, set to my DNA. Luckily the bomb didn’t go off. Commander Kroqus has assigned security guards to me. Although the guards try to be unobtrusive, it is a touch annoying. Lieutenants Scion and Qurick believe there is Tal Shiar technology behind it, they can’t be 100% certain.

Here’s to getting to Draeda V without any more incidents.
