Deep Space 18, Captain’s Log, December 2020
Fleet Captain Rex McCormick, commanding Deep Space Eighteen. Well, I’ve said goodbye to most if not all of my senior officers. Starfleet’s timing hasn’t been great with this reallocation of resources. I am apprehensive about who I get to replace the officers I’ve lost. We’ve had a good working relationship over the past couple of years. The Voth have been more active in the last couple of months. The Ticonderoga is currently docked at the station undergoing battle damage after a brief scuffle with a Voth scout ship. We’ve also heard from the Malon that there’s a Hirogen hunting party in the region which we need to be mindful of,…

USS Britannic, Captain’s Log, December 2020
Captain’s Log: Supplemental Our mission to Lemanda has up to a point been a success. However, this has been over shadowed by several unexplained deaths of Cardassian citizens in the medical pod. Initial investigations haven’t found anything yet but we haven’t ruled out anything. Perhaps it’s a foreign body or virus, we haven’t ruled out the possibility of foul play but I find it hard to believe that that would be the case. We’ve also discovered a subterranean prison which has Federation citizens in. It seems that these were deemed dangerous by the Cardassian’s and handed over to the Dominion to look after. I’m not sure why they weren’t handed…

USS Falchion, Captain’s Log, December 2020
After arriving at DS12 to command the USS Falchion, a small escort vessel, Captain Indrala Xerix now finds herself also the commanding officer of a massive Spacedock-class station. Having received a distress call from the Kessok, a relatively unknown species native to the Maelstrom region, the crew of the USS Falchion find a vessel badly damaged and must defend it from the returning attackers – Ferengi! Now the crew have returned to the station and will be launching a full-scale investigation into why the normally non-violent Ferengi would attack unprovoked.

USS Gemini, Captain’s Log, December 2020
Ship’s Log, USS Gemini, December 2020 “The USS Gemini is under attack and I find myself in a very odd situation, command of the ship because many people are incapacitated, including the Captain and the XO is on an away mission. I seem to be the only one who is not impacted by what is affecting the crew. We find ourselves engaged in combat with an unusual foe as their weaponry passes through our shields and there is no visual evidence of anything being fired. Our weapons seem to be being blocked by shielding we can not detect. I am hoping we can find a way to defeat our enemy.”…

USS Gemini, Captain’s Log, June 2020
Ship’s Log, Stardate 98097.35, Captain Sam Hansen Reporting “The Gemini prepares for her third mission under my command. It seems in the last six months over two dozen small vessels of various kinds have disappeared in the triangle region. We’ve been assigned to find out who is behind this, put a stop to it, and hopefully retrieve the individuals who were aboard. Making the job of tracking them down a touch harder is none of them managed to get a distress call away. On a positive note, our new Chief CONN Officer has come aboard. She is quite eager to get the Gemini into space. Hopefully the two work well…

USS Gemini – Breaking News, May 2020
“This is Federation News Network reporter Chuck Finley with breaking news. The Draedan system sun unexpectedly went Super Nova today. Sadly, nearly one-hundred thousand individuals lost their lives, including FNN’s very own Natalia Morrison, when Draeda V was destroyed. As Draeda V was the home of the just opened joint Federation, Klingon, and Romulan colony, the state of intergalactic affairs and the recent cessation of hostilities is now in jeopardy. A handful of civilian ships escaped the devastation. In addition, a number of coalition ships led by the USS Gemini did what they could to evacuate some from the planet. All in all, approximately one thousand lives were saved. We…

Starfleet One, Captain’s Log, April 2020
“This is Starfleet One declaring an emergency! We’ve been attacked by an unknown force and we’re adrift with no power. The two other ships in our convoy have been destroyed. We need immediate help. Please… we have the President on board!”

USS Gemini, Captain’s Log, April 2020
Captain’s Log, Stardate 97930.35, Captain Sam Hansen Reporting We managed to get to Draeda V in one piece with no more mysteries. On the good side, we brought on our new Second Officer, Lieutenant Commander Bennett and it seems like she will be a good fit. I feel bad as I asked her to take on the Chief Science Officer role until Commander Jaeih’s replacement arrives. On the not so good side, by chance most of the senior crew ended up at a bar on the planet. It was a decent bar by the looks. Some of us didn’t get to stay long as some Klingon’s got a bit aggressive…

Langely Station, Captain’s Log, April 2020
“Monthly Update for Starfleet Command” Kate said to start the new report she had to send in. Normally Ron would do this, but he was on a mission so the task had fallen back to her. “It’s been almost six months since the station got activated here and I think we’ve almost completed settling in. We’re still looking for some people in key positions, but overall, all department have everything they need to run. This week has been a bit slower due to a simple virus that somehow got through the filters and caused many crew to be sick and unable to work. Engineering says the filters have been fixed…

USS Resurrection, Captain’s Log, April 2020
We’ve arrived in the Chin’toka system. Commander West has taken an away team over to the USS Cressy, an old Excelsior class ship to salvage needed parts. There’s an eeriness around here that needs no explanation but still has the crew on edge. I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t affecting me as well. So far the mission is going as planned but I expect some setbacks. Working on pieces of starships in a graveyard where thousands of Starfleet officers lost their lives has to come at some kind of price. I hope it is one that the crew can pay. End Log Captain Tanwen Burke USS Resurrection
